1. Refund Eligibility

- First-Time Subscribers: If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
- Recurring Subscriptions: Refunds for recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual renewals) are not provided. However, if you experience any issues or are dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

 2. Cancellations 

You can cancel your subscription at any time with us. You will still be able to access the months worth of videos, but you will not be charged for the following month. Maths Home Education reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website and will apply to new subscriptions or renewals after the date of the change.
